Data collected and purposes
The form collects your name, email address, phone number if provided, requested service, municipality where relevant and enquiry details. This information is used to respond and, when you request a service, prepare steps before entering a contract. It is not used to send advertising without separate permission.
Legal bases
Responding to a service request and taking pre-contractual steps are based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. General enquiries are processed on the basis of the consent given when submitting the form, under Article 6(1)(a). Compliance with legal obligations is based on Article 6(1)(c). Protecting the form against abuse is based on the legitimate interest in maintaining service security, under Article 6(1)(f).
Recipients
The website owner receives enquiries to respond to and handle them. Only authorised people should have access. Hosting and email services act as technical providers under their terms and relevant agreements. Your data is not sold. It may be shared with public administrations or authorities when necessary for a service you expressly request or to meet a legal obligation.
Providers and international transfers
Email uses Gmail, provided by Google. This provider may process data outside the European Economic Area under applicable conditions and safeguards, which must be checked for the account in use. See Google’s privacy policy. WhatsApp links open that service only when you choose to use them; the form does not send your data through WhatsApp.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to respond and follow up. If you engage a service, data is kept during the relationship and for applicable statutory retention and liability periods; it is then deleted or restricted as required. Spam protection temporarily uses an identifier derived from the IP address for one minute and captcha challenges that expire after twenty minutes or are removed after use.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, where applicable, using the contact form. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Additional identification information will be requested only when necessary. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Required fields and security
Required fields are necessary to respond. Your phone number is optional. Do not include health information, identity documents, banking details, passwords or digital certificates in your initial enquiry. If documents are needed, an appropriate channel will be agreed. Form data is not used for automated decisions or profiling.
